BIM (Building Information Modelling)

BIM lets architectural and engineering data be managed through an integrated, information-rich model rather than geometry alone. All disciplines are coordinated around a shared model.

The goals are early clash detection, controlled revision management and more consistent transfer of project information.

Modelling standards, discipline scopes and levels of detail are defined, the project is moved into the BIM environment and the coordination process is planned.

Data consistency, model coordination, interdisciplinary communication and revision management form the basis of our BIM approach.

Coordination models, clash reports, model outputs and project information documents are prepared as required.
